I'm using it right now to reply to you via my Lapdock 500. It launches automatically when you plug the phone into a dock.
It's a pretty decent app if you keep in mind what it is not - it is NOT a laptop OS. It is an extension of you phone that allows you to use some of its capabilities in a large-screen format, including (at least in my case) a full-featured Firefox browser.
I really like the Lapdock with Webtop, but I'm hoping that the next version of Webtop is smoother and more robust than what I'm using now. I've heard rumors that it will be updated when ICS rolls out.
