weird blue screen (not of death) after each call

After each call, I get a blue screen showing the phone number I called, or that called me, and an option to block.

I don't know how or why this is appearing on my Verizon carrier, s7 edge.

I've not installed any new apps, and disabled almost every app notification

I can post a screen shot if that is an option

Any help at removing this blue screen is much appreciated

Welcome to the forums. What happens if you tap on the three dots included in that blue popup? I remember a similar issue and I think for some people the culprits were apps like Viva video, UC browser ...

After reading all of the comments, I started searching the apps that have lots of adds. For me, it was the vault. Went to settings of vault, on the bottom, under others, I turned off call reminder. I hope this helps.
