Weird Bluetooth Issue

I have an XT1644 (US G4 Plus 64GB) running 6.0.1 stock, unlocked on Sprint. Every once and a while (I'd say around once a month) it forgets all Bluetooth devices and I have to re-pair them. Not a huge deal as I have a single Bluetooth device right now (my car). However, I would prefer this doesn't happen since I think I'm getting a smart watch for Christmas. Anyone have any idea why it is doing this and what I can do to fix it?
