Weird Charging Issue - Screen Just glows?

When I put my phone on a wireless charger, sometimes it just glow a bluish tint. The always on display isn't on. I seems to happen only when the battery is nearly fully charged. It drives me crazy since I use my phone of my bedside clock and alarm. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I may have figured it out. I think it was the screen saver. I'm disabling now and I check to see if it come back
