Weird green box on my screen g5

My LG G5 has weird green box on screen wont go away... Help!!! Trying select thibgs by itself... I frustrating need it gone

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the G5 forum.

It sounds like either an Accessibility feature or a Developer Option. Go to Settings>Accessibility and see if anything there is turned on. If not, then go to Settings>Developer Options (if they've been activated on your phone), and see if anything there is turned on.
