Weird icon and security notice

Hey. I have a weird icon on top in my notification bar. I cannot find it under icon glossary. Do you know what it is? Can I turn it off? I did a recovery for photos last night due to a reset. The icon was on during. I'm also getting security alerts about unauthorized actions detected and wants me to reset my phone. I've done regular resets and it hasn't fixed the problem. I would like to not do a factory reset again if I don't need too.
