Weird icon on my Samsung note 4? Please help!

There's a weird looking icon on my Samsung note 4 that won't uninstall and cannot be found in application manager...
what is it? Is my phone hacked? Is it a virus? Weird things happened to my phone recently too... info on my phone has been compromised

A picture of the icon would help a lot, or at least try to describe it? Is it a notification? An app in your App Drawer? A shortcut on your homescreens?
