Question Weird multitouch behavior

Hi people!
I got this weird behavior regarding multitouch. I just got the Blackview Tab 8e 10.1 and here is what happens.

1 touch --> 1 touch point
2nd touch --> 2nd touch point
3rd touch --> nothing, no touch point (lifting fingers now leaves the first point "stuck")
4th touch --> 3rd touch point!
5th touch --> 4th touch point!

Any one has any idea why this is happening and how to make it behave normally?

Any screen protector on it ?

Yes, it came this way. But i don't think it's because of it, this behavior happens at any point on screen and it's not random at all. Very consistent weird behavior

Can you return it for warranty?

Probably yes, but it would be a PITA. And i'm afraid it's the way they make it. The next one (if there's going to be a new one, will have the same issue

Yeah definitely next time buy a tablet from a known manufacturer

I would definitely do a warranty repair or exchange with the shop you bought it from, if you can.
