Weird new script and no Pandora

All has been well with my X. No probs. I don't have the new update installed yet cause it's been fine.
Then today at work, I tried Pandora and get this weird script.
Now, previously, I had one of those internet agreements that popped up and you click 'agree'.
But now this long script..and no pandora.
Even after reboot.
Is this the wifi problems?????
Settings says I am logged into that hotspot and have 3 bars there.

Hmm and its just with the Pandora app? Have you tired uninstalling and reinstalling again? Kind of a pain but if it's not working then I guess its worth it lol

Turns out this was a problem with the app 'handset" or whatever that msging app is.
I deleted it and everything is back to normal......
I hate that cuz I liked that app.
I just backtracked to when the phone was working right and it was this morning before installing that app.
note to self:
do ONE app at a time and do them cautiously....
