Actually, no. This is a first for me.

Edit...you might need to contact Samsung about this. This might be bad hardware or software.

If the phone is under warranty and you haven't rooted/unlocked it I'd go do a warranty exchange. If not, then you're looking at the equivelent of the BSOD from Windows. It is 90% of the time software and flashing completely stock boot-loader/kernel/firmware can solve it - in the other 10% it is hardware and that means isolating the corrupted part and replacing it.

Hi thanks for your reply. The phone was sent off a few months ago and they replaced the mother board due to a different issue. I've had nothing but problems with this phone. Do you think a reset should sort it out?

If it is software caused, then it should (fingers crossed for you). I'm assuming you never saw this screen before the hardware transplant?
