Android Central Question

Vibration on my Galaxy A5 (2016) sometimes work, sometimes doesnt. Its weird especially because phone itself didnt fall or anything so it seemed like software related problem. So I did factory reset but problem remained. I also checked in safe mode and in *#0*# test menu but its still the same, sometimes vibrate, sometimes doesnt. I tried shaking phone to see if it is loose connection of motor or something but nothing changed. Anyway I called shop where I bought phone because its still under warranty and they said that I should try again factory reset before sending it to them since it is probably software related. Does anyone had similar issues?

Welcome to Android Central! You already did a factory reset, so I don't see how another one would help. The only other thing I can think of would be to reinstall the firmware using Smart Switch (http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914) or Odin (http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html). If that doesn't help, then get it fixed or replaced. The vibration motor is one of two moving parts (the other being the autofocus mechanism), so the occasional failure isn't that surprising.
