Downloaded 4.4 really can't tell a difference except for the icons don't seem to be a big deal

Kit Kat was mostly a UI change but there are a few extra things.
Fore example, you can change the runtime from Dalvik to ART, which is supposed to improve app performance.
Google Wallet works now too

Well after looking further my quickoffice has stopped working. I updated it and rebooted still doesn't work. Any suggestions :(

Go into Settings> Apps. Look for the app in the downloaded list and click on it. Clear data and cache.

Contact the developer of the app! Chris

I think its more of the fact that the OS is optimized.
I do love the fact that I can use Google Wallet without having to be rooted as well.
I used the Wallet app from phone as well as the physical Wallet card.

I dont use QuickOffice, you already done the thing I would have done first , by cleaning app :cache/data.The next easy thing I would try maybe this:

This will remove any temporary files that may be causing the problem, but will not delete your files or settings.

1. With the phone powered off, press the VOL DOWN KEY for 2-3 seconds then POWER key then release.

2. The device will display different BOOT OPTIONS

3. Use the VOL DOWN Key to SCROLL to Recovery and VOL UP Key to select

4. The device will display the Motorola logo and then the Android in distress ( logo with Exclamation mark)

5. Press and hold the VOL UP key for 10-15 seconds. While still holding the VOL UP key tap and release the POWER key

6. The device will display additional menu options (Text will appear in BLUE)

7. Use the VOL DOWN Key to scroll to wipe cache partition and the POWER Key to select this option

8. The device will then perform the partition wipe

9. The device will reboot and start the normal power up sequence
