Well my 1st replacement phone comes tomorrow

I had my phone sitting on the nightstand last night and this is what it said this morning. I'm running AOKP M5, with Franco's M3, and the latest leaked radios. What should I do?

Well so far so good, this phone seems to have a stronger signal. People say I sound clearer and don't cut out. The most signal loss I have shown so far is 1%. Will get a better idea this weekend when I will be back and forth between here and family in the next town over.

Good to read it's working for you!

Curious if you notice any difference in the screen?

As far as I can tell the screens both look the same. Still no signal problems or dropped calls, so I'm thinking I got a good one.

Well Verizon is sending me another phone. This one isn't showing a signal loss in battery stats like the other one.
This one for lack of a better term seems to get lost to the network. It may work for a few calls them all calls go right to voice mail without even ringing thru on my phone, once that happens I have to make a call out, then it's like the network finds my phone again and it works for a bit till the next time the network looses it.
Support suggested I might want to try switching to a maxx and I flat out refused. I told them if I wanted a maxx I would have bought that instead of my nexus to begin with. We shall see how phone number 3 performs.

My Droid Charge had that problem with missed calls. No ring, no missed call notification, no call log. Only way I knew I missed the call is if the caller left a message. For me with the Charge, it was fairly random when it would happen. After multiple replacements, new sim card, even new battery, and troubleshooting the network, could never get it resolved. I hope that isn't the case for you with the Nexus.

Wow, Thats a bummer to hear. My wifes Facinate has the exact same problem with "being lost to the network". Tech support blames it on a network issue, the sales guy at the VZW store says it needs a warranty replacment. She gets her new facinate tomorrow. I am wanting to get her and I a couple of NEXi for our upgrades but am a little nervous with the multiple reports of the same problem with multiple Samsung products. And it seems to just be Samsung as far as I have been reading. My DX is working just fine along with my Ghetto windows phone. Although both of my parent Facinates are working fine. Hmmm...

Well phone number 3 came and at the 48 hour mark I have only had 1 call drop and the screen seems to be much brighter and crisp than my others.

So far it's looking like this. Original phone made in China, fail.

1st replacement made in China, fail.

2nd replacement made in China, fail.

3rd replacement made in Korea and so far seems to function much better than the others.
