Went to use the camera today and the entire application is upside down. How can I correct this?

Went to use the camer today and the entire application is upside down.

It will continue to be upside down if I rotate the phone. I saw some suggestions to lightly tap it, or to reset, take the battery out etc. Mine just insists on being upside down.
