Well just became a member since I needed some help with my new LGE C395 non smart phone. I needed to get my contacts out of MS outlook since my last phone died taking all of the existing contacts with it. ATT customer support and tech suport can not seem to get my "Address book" access straightened out. Spent 4hrs working with them yesterday and I am still at it today, but it looks like they may have found the glitch and now tell me they will call back in 90 min to test it.
