What’s this on my screen?

I noticed this weird outline / image on my screen when I was near a tanning bed. It was there with the always on display on, off, screen on, screen off. Any idea what it could be? The cutout near the front facing cameras is interesting.

Maybe adhesive or something like that under the protector? Does it 'move' if you touch the screen?

I saw same on mine when you hold phone a certain way. I replaced the protector with whitestone so guessed was just protector.

It almost looks like a screen protector with adhesive only on the outer portion of it. The inner portion looks like there’s a little air between a protector and the phone.
