What a stupid piece of....

Mine is rooted and custom ROM'd and I'm having the same problem with Yahoo.

I've had the phone since a week after it came out, I was out of town when we finally got a release, or else I would have been day one. I rooted on week 2, then started with ROMs at week 3. I have really enjoyed my time with this phone, and I always attributed it to custom ROMs. A couple weeks ago, I decided to go back to stock. No good reason, just felt like it. Aside from not having quick settings in my notification bar (don't tell me about the extra tab, I hate that) and the lack of app backups, I'm still completely satisfied. Sure, I'm trying really hard to get a Galaxy Nexus right now, but it's not out of hatred for the Thunderbolt. This phone has been fantastic, and even on stock it's a pleasure.

Are you useing HTC or Gmail? From my understanding nothing works like Gmail on Android phones.

I use the mail widget to acces my mail on the Tbolt from outlook account and it syncs and has worked from day one sorry for issue. I have just rooted my phone a week ago but my emails are still coming through as do Gmail.

If your phone is not rooted it may benefit you to do a factory rest and wipe data and do a clean install of the most recent OTA update. That is what the verizon tech told me when my phone was having issues with sending text messages to different people than who I selected and it seems to have been working since than

I wouldn't be so hard pressed to get the Nexus. I am reading more dislikes on it than liking it. I am not a Samsung phone fan but setting that aside there are huge complaints

As of the last few days many of my emails are now showing blank in the stock app. Ive seen two variations: 1. The email is there but as I scroll down it disappears and I have a blank screen or 2. I open it and its just a blank screen. This doesn't happen to them all (yet). I can view them from my laptop so I know they are there, Nope, no new update yet so its not that. What a buggy piece of crap this phone has turned out to be.
Word to the wise: Never buy a phone the day it comes out!:(

And please, dont tell me to root to solve my problem, Ive heard that already for the multitude of issues this crapbolt has.

I have had this phone since the day it came out also, but I also no that instead of complaining I would look for a solution. Judging by your low post count I would assume you haven't done much of that.
That being said, from my long time use of android phones I have learned that it is commonly unintentional user error that causes things like this to happen. If this were me I would go to Menu>Settings>Applications>Manage apps>select the all tab> then find the Mail or Gmail app that you are having an issue with, clear the cache and force stop the app. Then find the sense app and force stop that app. Click home where you will see the sense launcher restart, check your email app then.
Then come back and update us in the community where we can give you further advice if that didnt work. So that way you wont have to create another uninformed smear post.
