What app do these annoying pop-up spam notifications belong to?

Updated my HTC One M8 to MM. Started getting these pop up messages warning a variety of things were wrong with my phone. The sky is falling apparently. Are these legit and a new feature of Marshmallow? I suspect I've downloaded a spammy crap app given the app recommendations featured in these pop-ups but do not know for certain. Anyone know for certain so I can eliminate the cause of these messages? Thanks.

This is absolutely not a feature in Marshmallow. You are correct that a spammy app is doing this to your phone. I would make sure you don't have your phone set up to install apps from unverified sources, and then take a look at the apps you've installed recently.
