I've noticed some apps don't seem to work from the android market. I'm thinking then that certain ones work with certain devices or versions. The commando has 2.2, so why wouldn't all apps work?
In any case I thought this thread is way to quiet and maybe some could chime in which apps work well on their commando's. I found battery pro is nice as it puts the percentage of power left right up on the bar. Very convenient and seems pretty accurate. It also comes with a very handy disable the lock screen feature that I use alot. Opera mini 6 works very well and has a better fluidity of scrolling than the oem browser imo. I find the GPS on google maps works much better for moving along as you move and way better than bing maps. I also like the free app "pocket" for keeping passwords and info secure.
I'm going to give mobile shell a try and I'll report back as to how it is. I've heard it's hard on battery so I'll be checking that.
OK, Lets hear more.....
