What apps can be deleted or disabled safley??

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with the latest Marshmallow update 6.0.1
I have been having major battery issues and have disabled a few apps but it seems like they are being updated every time I access the wifi or data?
I want to delete ....

Beacon manager?? Do I need this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated... I used to only have to charge my phone once a week and now it's every 2 days.

If it will have a negative effect on your phone there will most likely not be an option to disable the app. I had a problem with Facebook eating through battery so I do not have that installed any longer.
