When I go into Application Manager and click on the "Running" Tab, what should be running and what is unnecessary? I have Voicemail, cloud relay, sync, all share, seems to be just using memory.
Any thoughts appreciated!

Thank you!

Running stock will result in having a lot of apps running in the background. The Verizon apps and Samsung apps can be disabled in Application Manager if you don't use them but this one stop all of the apps from running. Some of the apps "need" to run, but disabling a bunch of them will help with the constant running in the background.

Check the freezing bloat guide in my sig and you can see a list of all the bloat that can be disabled/frozen. If you aren't rooted you can't freeze a lot of them but whats on the list are some apps that can be disabled without having root access.

My disabled list has grown to the following:

AllShare Controller
AllShare Play
Apps
Backup Assitant Plus
Color
Media Hub
Music Hub
My files
My Verizon Mobile
New Daemon(EUR)
Polaris Viewer 4.0
S Suggest
Samsung account
Samsung Backup Provider
Samsung Cloud Data Relay
Samsung Cloud Syncadapters
Samsung Push Service
Stock Daemon(EUR)
Sync Service
V Cast Tones
Verizon SSO Engine
VZ Navigator
Yahoo! Finance
Yahoo! News

I don't use the verizon apps and have so far ran with these disabled without a problem. I will try to add more as I disable them...
