can anyone help me i am very new to this bought a bionic..first android phone coming from a blackberry..completely clueless i wanted to check out some roms..any suggestions?

On Rootzwiki there are a number of ROMs available: Th3oryrom (my recommendation..there are 2 different and awesome ones there), Liberty, and Eclipse.

I don't tether, can't advise. But there are also multiple threads between here and at rootzwiki where its been discussed plenty, I'm sure you can find an answer with a little research
