What are some of the better yet inexpensive 10 inch tablets?

Right now, it seems like if I get a 7 inch tablet, it'll be the Tab 3 deal from Sprint. 50 bucks+at worst 5 a month for 2 years still is<than the near 200 you'd buy on the wifi version alone. That said, I might kick around looking at a 10 inch tablet that won't kill my very meager bank. One I was looking at was the Asus Memo Smartpad, since I can apparently find some new or near new ones for about 150 or so. But, if there's any other thoughts, lemme know?
