Possible it will follow the Note 2? It went up for pre-order (on Verizon's website) Oct. 25, 2012 with a ship by date of Nov. 27.

I'm thinking a very good chance. Samsung seems to have gotten Verizon to move faster on the s4 release as that wasn't very long after announcement. I think we will see something in September.
