What are the chances Google offers some kind of financing before launch? Let's face it without it being available through carriers {which I actually like) it's harder for a lot of people to get their hands on, even with the low retail cost.

There's tons of credit cards that you can sign up for give 0% interest. Usually for the first 18-24 months.

They finance if you buy thru fi but not directly. I would guess they would eventually roll out that to the store purchases as well but probably not going to happen this year.

I agree financing will come later with launch Nexus Protect for Google Store then next logical step would be a financing.

The Google Store has become very robust with products and line up of Nexus devices becoming increasingly bigger every year. I believe if Google is offering financing through project fi I believe they will support financing without project fi in the future.
