What are you plugging into your USB Adapter?

I know that using the USB Adapter you can plug-in USB accessory devices such as keyboards, mice, thumb drives and more to your Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

My question is, what other devices/accessories have been discovered to work with the GTab10.1?

I have one order and I plan to try a mouse or maybe the keyboard, and certainly the thumb drive. But what else can be used?

Any software out there that would possibly allow you to transfer digital images from your DSLR Camera or any digital camera?

What have we found to work?

I've got one and love the ability to connect various USB devices....you mention camera's and there is an SD & Micro SD adapter that comes with the kit so you can connect those rather than the camera directly.

You can connect your camera directly. I have a Nikon D7000 DSLR and a Canon Poweshot S95 and during my recent trip to Europe I'd hook my cameras to my Tab and use it to email and post photos.

I connected my Thumbe Drive and mouse and they worked OK. When Ii connected my Samsung TL240 digital camera, it worked fine the first time. I cannot get it to work again. Has anyone found a VGA solution?

I will definitely use it to transfer files via SD cards. Thanks.

This is what I'm hoping will work. If I can do transfers from my camera to the tab while in the field, I can easily erase the cards afterwards and have more space. I will also be able to send images via email as well from the tablet. I will probably have to shoot images on the DSLR in .jpg format instead of RAW though... unless I can find an Android App that can work with RAW images.

I would love to use my Wacom Bamboo tablet with my GTab 8.9, but I'm 99% certain that it won't work.

Errr SD cards are way cheaper than more storage on the Tab. I've not even seen a 64GB model in stores.

Anyway, two things to keep in mind: you need to leave some space in the SD (or CF) cards for the camera to display its photos in the Tab, and the more photos you have, the longer they will take to show. When my D7000 had both 64GB cards nearly all used up (it was a 4 week long trip!), the tab would take like 10 minutes before displaying the photos.

I have a Super Nintendo gamepad that I modified into a USB controller. Perfect for retro gaming emulation. It's the main reason that I bought the adapter. ;)
