I use a yawning Tiger as my home and lock pages.

As for theme, I use this Vintage theme - leather background.

As for Icons, I use DarkTheme with a semi-transparent background for folders.

This is the one I'm using currently. It's a decent theme, the AOD is to girly so I changed the AOD. It's on the to high priced side for themes, but it offers colors.

The icons are cobolt from the play store.

I like that we have the option to go with Themes and then change the Home and Lock pages aware from the theme, if we want to. That's what I've done with mine.

I like dark and neon colours . So this theme is great for men(It's free so not everything is perfect) but goes nice and it's not blinding white when I'm driving in the morning

Use High Contrast theme as well. Have downloaded others but keep coming back to it. I like the black background against neon icons and like my home screen uncluttered.

As you can tell, I kinda enjoy the material design experience, sort of like a Nexus I guess. Free theme called "Material Design (Android 7+)" on my Note 8 with Samsung experience 8.5 (which allows for the themed nav keys) kaip icons, rootless pixel launcher, pixel wallpaper blurred using the tholotis app.
