I am curious to see what battery people are using.

If you answer "other", please tell us what you are using.

OEM extended. 15% is important at the margin, and I really like the way it feels in the hand.

OEM Extended.

Which leads me to ask.. does this battery need conditioning? How long till it "settles in" with your usage? Just got it today. And the Nexus yesterday.

OEM extended. It makes the phone easier to hold for me and gives just enough of a boost with my usage.

I'll add that I'm done with third party extended batteries. I must have tried half a dozen with the Thunderbolt and none of them demonstrated their advertised benefits after two or three weeks. Performance always seemed to taper off and I'd just go back to OEM batteries. That massive Seidio battery for the Nexus could be different, but I'm done chasing this dragon.

I was using the extended and swapping to two standard if needed. Bought a otter box so switching is not so easy now. Just keeping the extended in it and took a charger to work.

I have chargers in the front of my truck and back.

Stock battery.

PLENTY of life with the 4.0.4 update, at least for me. going on 14 hrs and battery is at 67 percent, admittingly other than taking about 2 dozen pics earlier today the phones barely been used.

I had two standard and two OEM extended batteries. I always carried at least one spare (usually the extended ones). If I didn't have access to a charger, I'd finish the day 7am-11pm) with one dead battery and one knocking on death's door, with moderate usage and settings tweaked to conserve power.

I don't think I ever needed to swap batteries on my Blackberry 8530 (I carried two anyway). In the month I've had it, the iPhone I bought on CL hasn't gone below 50% after a 'normal' day.
