What Bluetooth controller to use with headset?

I initially got a Samsung bluetooth mouse which works fine with my VR headset but it was $40. I would like to try something like this which could also be used as a gamepad and selfie stick bluetooth smartphone camera shutter controller. They are only like $10 to $15. Anyone have one or think this is a good idea?
