What cable enables 3vo-->TV Capabilities?

I'm a little confused and maybe someone can clarify. What cable do I need to buy in order to display movies from my 3vo to my TV? I am assuming there is no such thing as a microUSB-HDMI cable. However, it would be nice to somehow make HD movies on the 3vo look like HD movies on the TV...

There is another thread on here with an MHL cable and adapter link for the US. Most online do speak to the Sensation, however as someone posted...MHL is a standard. I'm new to this, but with a lot of reading posts and searching...I'm learning.
