I've seen it on a thread "[GALAXY S4] Screenshots. Have a cool homescreen or something to show?". I already quoted the one who posted it but i got no reply. Anyone know what widget is this? Or how it become like that? Is it a theme or something?

Yep that's Zooper. Its included in the free version so you won't need to pay. Best widget I've downloaded yet
