What can i do if i am rooted,have twrp,xposed and want to receive ota updates properly

What do i need to do besides backup everything? Also,will my boot loader remain unlocked/? Its a nexus 7 2013l

Back up everything and put a copy in your PC. You may have to flash the stock image which will wipe everything in your phone. Bootloader I think will remain unlocked, as Google warns ref=locking it after flashing stock images.

If you reflash the stock images? No.
