what can I do delete all files, virus, nwanted apps from my android phone?

There are apps in my phone that I didn't even installed or downloaded it. It keeps on popping up and i cant remove it from my notifocation box. It keeps on installing apps that i didnt want and consume the space on my phane. My storage has no more space. I just need advice on what should i do. I think it has virus too. Someone help please

Factory reset. And stop installing apps not from Play Store. That's where these stuff come from.
