Was told by customer service that coverage is available, also checked the map at my area. I have no service anywhere at my home for at least 5 miles. Customer service keeps telling me that I should get coverage as that's what it shows on the map. They said they would do a signal boost which will take a couple days. I called back in 3 days and they told me that they are not able to do it and I won't get coverage until enough people call in to complain so my best bet is to keep calling and submitting tickets. Yes, the rep told me I should keep calling and complain until they do their jobs! And the coverage map still says I should get service. What can I do?
