What can i Stream Exactly?

Im sorry for asking, I really did look hard for an answer but I was wondering after reading something about how froyo could stream more than your gallery through the micro hd cable unlike the previous os before it, is this true? What exactly can I stream through the he plugin on the droid x?

Just non-DRM-protected local media as far as I know. There is an app called RealHDMI which occasionally shows up on the Market and will display your screen on the HDMI output, but it will be at native resolution (480p-ish) and your LCD won't be active at the same time.
