What carriers can you unlock a Sprint Galaxy s4 to use?

I have bought an SPH-L720T for Sprint on Craigslist and I wanted to know if it's possible to flash/root (or whatever you call it) for use on T-Mobile. I was always under the impression that you couldn't use a CDMA phone on a GSM network, but this phone has a SIM card!

It doesn't have to be T-Mobile, just anything prepaid. (I hate contracts and have bad credit). While I've never done this before with an Android, I'm an old-school Apple guy and have unlocked a few iPhones in my time. I'm sure I could do it with the right tutorial that was simple. Thanks!

All phones seem to have sim cards and they are not indicitive of anything to do with any carrier allowing anything. I have gsm prepaids that aren't worth a darn and cdma plenty. Sim cards do not regulate any frequency of cell signals nor do allow anything that the phone itself is incapable of.

Sim card or not the radio is still cdma your going to have to look for the supported bands and all 4 g phones have sim cards as believe it or not all 4 g bands are gym so you need the sim for the data
