What charging docks/cradles are you guys using?

Got my wife the Droid 4, but she misses the charging dock from her Droid 2.

What docks are you guys using? (desktop, not car)

any suggestions?

The Motorola HD dock. They designed it so that you won't have to buy a new one every time you get a new device (it's adjustable). The HDMI out is nice too if you charge near your TV, you can just drop it in the dock and switch inputs. All 3 Droid 4s in my family are using this dock.

I like my inductive charger. It doesn't provide any connections but not having to fiddle with plugs is nice. The inductive charging back adds a little thickness to an already thick phone but I don't mind.
