What could start music in your pocket?

Got my S21! Big change. There are SO MANY options, knicks, and knacks.

So, I am sitting at a table, hands above the table, all of a sudden my phone starts playing YouTube Music. My pants weren't particularly tight but the enormous phone was a bit tight in my pocket. I don't think YTM was loaded, at least it wasn't appearing in the notifications shade. I don't recall the controls being on the lock screen.

There seem like so many panels, and pockets of places where music controls exist on this phone.

Any idea how this happened?

It's kind of important in my line of work that sound not invade the space I'm in. Maybe it was a one-time thing. Anything I should check? Or something to prevent pocket plays?

Thanks!

Maybe it was on your Edge Panel, and some combination of accidental touches in your pocket opened the Edge Panel and tapped it?

Good guess. I learned about edge panels and set up a weather and calendar one. That's it.

The phone was locked too. Any other ideas?

(thanks!)

An errant alarm? I don't know about Samsung's Clock app, but with the Clock app on Pixels, you can choose YT Music to play something as an alarm, rather than using an alarm tone.

Really good guess! I was hoping you were right. Nope. It says I have no alarms set. Maybe it deleted it after it went off?
