What did you delete or disable?

So I have had the phone for about 12 hours now, but however have not had time to use it much.

I see quite a bit of Samsung and Verizon bloat on here. What did you get rid of and what do you think is useless bloat that even if you could not delete, and you disabled?

Backup Assistant. I use Gmail for backing up contacts. Once I root and get TB on alot more going away !
