What do I do, I spilled water on my S4?

I spilled water on my galaxy s4

After I spilled water on it i cleaned it then put it back in my bag when i came home it was fine until i turned it on and it started spazzing out and the screen started turning light green then just blacked out so I freaked out and took out the battery and put it in rice for like 30 minutes. It seemed to work. But then when i tired to unlock my phone my touch screen was unresponsive so i tired cleaning it more and restarting it and nothing changed , I took out the sd card, nothing changed I tired charging it and it does charge and the go back button still works so I have no idea what else to do.

You shorted it when you turned it on without drying it out thoroughly first. A wet phone should have been left in rice for 1 week before even attempting to turn it on. Just back up your data and either have it repaired or get a new phone.

Yes it sounds like it's toast! I would look into a new phone. Good luck!
