What do i do with my phone when it fell in the toilet and restarts itself??

So I was going to use the restroom and my phone was in my back pocket. It somehow fell into the toilet and I got it out. But now when I try to turn it off it just restarts itself. I don't what to do about it

Generally speaking, once electronic devices get wet, even if they work, corrosion will come.. I'd do what the previous poster advised but as soon as able, back the device up and consider a new one...
