What do the circle with star icons mean?

At the top left of my Samsung S10 phone there are 2 circles with stars in the middle at the top left and have no idea what they mean?

What is the circle with star app mean

There are 2 circle apps with stars in them and I don’t know what they mean! This is on a Samsung S10 Can you help?

Pull down the notification bar and touch them they should either open an app or take you to something that will explain what they are. You can also press and hold the notification and use the details link to find out more. If you are unable to do these things, this is probably not your phone and we are not able to discuss invading someone's privacy.

The circle with a plus sign icon means that you have enabled the phone's data saver feature.
