Reading about a little incident at a privately owned airstrip involving a real plane and an R/C plane. Who do you think was right? Nobody was killed.

Without a doubt the person to blame is the pilot of the Pitts. He had no clearance to do a low pass. With that many ppl there you would think they would take extra precaution pulling any type of stunts

Looks like he purposely hit the RC plane also. Totally the Pitts' fault. Looks like a real jerk move.

Ya i thought the same thing when i saw the vid. Seems thats the only reason he would pull a move like that without permission

Isn't this what insurance is for? To pay off any property damage, which includes this dude's RC plane?

Keep in mind, this is an uncontrolled airport. He doesn't need a clearance to land. It was a failure in communication. The R/C guys spotter had walked away from his spotee and the guy in charge of communicating with the real planes was acting a a spotter.

He definitely didn't do it on purpose. Hitting something that large can bring a plane down.
