What do you think the full retail will be???

I will just have to wait till tomorrow and see what's up for real. Even at 549 I'm looking at 594. OH and I can still sell my note for like $400 yup I'm going to do that.:cool::cool::cool::cool:

If you can get $400 for your Note thats awesome. Very envious here lol. Always have very bad luck with Craigslist. ):

OK I talked to a rep for ATT and they said that the retail would be $650 and that you could not pre order unless you are upgrading, adding a line, or getting new service. Now my question is this. What if I pay the ETF for my line I am currently on which is $245 and just add another line to my account for $199 before I pay the ETF. I'm not attached to my number so I think it would be a good idea.

I live in Houston so with tax outright I would pay $703 and some change.

If I did the add another line and cancel my current line it's $216 (199 plus tax) + 245 for the ETF which comes out to be 461 plus lets say my last cell phone bill from my current account makes it around $564 worst case.

I don't know why but that sounds like a win to me if I go that route. Really can it be that easy? Only thing I need to make sure of is if the phone is going to be $199 with a two year contract. What do you guys think?

That's sounds like it would work. I wonder if At&t would try and do something to stop it

I hope ATT doesn't try any trickery. I even called them and went over it with a Rep over the phone. He was like well the only thing you would lose your current number. I think I could deal with that. I will let you all know what happens tomorrow.

I just pre ordered my SG 3, went with blue :). I was able to order online, 549 no contract, using my old unlimited plan.:)

Isn't ETF 350?

Bingo!

ETF plus $200 subsidized price = full retail for phone. So if you get it on contract and in a year you want to get a new phone, you pay a lower ETF as it drops monthly. So in the end you may actually save over the full retail even with the ETF.

I was just able to order it, it never asked me to change my plan or choose one. Since i'm already under contract and buying it retail nothing changes in the plan i would think. I'm coming from a HTC one x so i already have LTE turned on if that matters any.
