What does a red triangle with a "!" in it next to a contact mean?

I'm getting a red triangle with an exclamation point inside it next to one of my contacts. It doesnt seem to affect any functions. Any way to find out what it means or get rid of it?

Had happen to me when I was running the stock rom. It may be a corrupt file. Try deleting the contact then add again.

could be an issue with a text or email from or to that contact not being sent or received properly
