what does accessability do?

In menu -- settings there is a accessibility option when I click it there is a greyed out on off check mark. What does this do?

Nothing. At some point (one would hope) there will be accessibility options here for the sight/hearing impaired.

Yeah it would give options for bigger fonts, or hearing aid compatibility etc. May even give the option for all the text to be read out to the blind etc. Basically the same things Windows can do with Accessibility turned on.
