So I recently order me a new phone on eBay. Not actually new but used. Just wanted a new phone but anyways story is when it arrived I notice the battery was dead. So I charged it up and when it was full I unplugged it and turned it on and it seem be working fine and I try putting it in my sim card and wasn't working. So I figure I turn it off to save the battery because I was gonna go the phone store tomorrow to have them help me out. So when I got home I try turning it on and it would not turn on. I even try do that thing they say to hold the volume up and power button and that hold volume button down and power button and no luck. It will just not turn on. So I figure maybe the battery died again. So I notice when I plugged it in the charger it showed the battery icon and a white circley motion and then it disappeared really quickly and came back up with a red question mark inside. I had message the seller about it and ask if I could get a refund and he said i cant get a refund since I already open the package and messed with the phone. What should I do? because he did also lied and told me the phone was A+ excellent no scratches or scuff or marks or cracks and when it arrived it didn't but he never said the phone had issues. He also stated that the phone works flawlessly but obviously it didn't. Only first time.
So I decided to exam it more and I removed the battery since it is a removal battery after all and I notice the battery had pen markings on it. I even told the seller about it and he said he marks it to see if the battery was still good and he was telling me it was. I payed 320 dollars for this phone.
