I had downloaded the MP3 music download app and I realized it wasn't being responsive, then I realized it wasn't in the market anymore. Where did it go? Also Gtunes is gone as is Music Box. On a quick note so is the ESPN sportcenter app. What is going on? I now also can't get the MP3 app off of my app listing. Tried erasing files from Root Explorer and its still there. How do I erase it? Any info on any of this, anyone?

Update.....Gtunes is on the market again but the others aren't. Oh and it is working. I believe downloading songs for personal use is not illegal it's the distribution of those songs for money that's illegal. At least that's what I thought but I really don't know. And somehow I was able to erase the MP3 download icon from my apps list by erasing all files from root explorer and and restarting my phone.

No downloading any songs for free is illegal, if downloading it for free for personal was legal, everyone would do it and the industry would die quickly. Same as movies, only legal to make a copy of it if you have 1. Payed for the DVD/CD or 2. Payed for the mp3/mp4 etc file.
