What happened to my Blocking Mode on the Note 4, after Lollipop update?

what happeded to my "Blocking Mode" on the note 4, after lollipop update?

My Info was sold to telemarketers and I have people from all over the country calling me at all hours. I cant block everyone except my contacts list like before. Now I am restricted to a list I have to create.

There's no such thing as Blocking Mode in Android, so don't blame Google. Sounds like a Samsung thing?

I use a note 4 on att and wss just updated to android 5.0.1 and also lost blocking mode. So far what I found was under applications, call, reject calls, there is a setting for reject unknown. Also in settings, device, sound and notifications , do not disturb, you can turn off the sounf for any but contacts. Its not quite the same but might help. Would be nice if they put it back.
