What if I return the phone?

So I have this $200.00 credit with the Google store because I bought the 7 Pro. However, what if I "spend" my $200.00 credit on accessories and then I find the phone is as bad as the 6 was at release and I decide to return the phone within the 14 day period? What happens to all those accessories? Do I have to send them all back also? Who pays for the return shipping for the accessories? I have tried to find clear answers but NADA!

I don't think you will get the credit till the return period is over. At least I never get it till the return is over. Are you saying it is listed in your account?

I imagine the refund would reflect the value of the credit if you use it before returning the phone.

When you return the phone, the $200 would get deducted from the refund, if you have spent all of it already.

OK, thanks to all for your answers. I have no use for a case, or charger, or anything else specifically for a Pixel 7 Pro. So I guess I will wait until I can make sure the phone works as expected. I do not need $200.00 worth of stuff for a phone I end up sending back!

Yeah I got my 200 credit today. You get it when the phone ships. Now I get another 100.00 (10% of purchase) credit for purchasing the 7pro because on my Google one plan after 30 days. So I may just purchase the watch at that point, I can put the 300.00 towards it.

Yeah I did get mine a few hours after I posted. Going to get a watch for my daughters xmas present.

I find a Garmin S42 Approach (Golf watch) with 3 week battery life, suits me better than a 24 battery life "Smart Watch" I have a Fossil that I stopped using as the Golf App couldn't get through 9 holes.

The Garmin still does fitness and notifications.

No free lunch, they will charge back to your card, or reduce the refund or take that back in some form or the other. Otherwise they wouldn't have given the credit immediately before even the return period is over.
